I am looking for some shop lot to buy at Puchong, Selangor.

At Bandar Puteri, Puteri Square is now selling at RM2.6m and the new Dataran Puteri 2 (4 storey shop office, behind citibank) is selling at about RM2.75m now.

Do you think it is worth buying?
